Tiny serrated leaves send out runners above ground and under, to form a rugged, thick carpet of green. This plant is so dense that it can withstand car traffic 1-2 times a day. This is an exceptional plant to use as a lawn replacement, between pavers or around slate. Great over flowerbulbs or surrounding ferns as well. Plant needs to stay moist to be happy.

Tips from Fran

This is one of those plants that is definitely overshadowed by its big brothers. This mini Leptinella is so dense that it will feel like cement when filled in. Did anyone say car traffic!! This is the one. My mailman would freak out every day driving on it to deliver my mail. Tough, tough, tough!
