Sedum acre Goldmoss Stonecrop

SEDUM ACRE GOLDMOSS STONECROP

Sedum acre

Goldmoss Stonecrop  DROUGHT-WISE

Sedum acre is perfect STEPABLES Creeping Perennial for rock gardens, borders and parched paths where little to no water is available. Goldmoss Stoneecrop carpets the ground with deep, green foliage that becomes completely engulfed (and I mean completely!) with yellow flowers in summer. The deep green foliage turns a beautiful shade of red during cold months to give you winter interest on the ground. Use Sedum acre in and amongst stepping stones, a dry rock garden path, or along a fence line. Sharp drainage is a must. Over watering will impair growth.

Gardening Tips from Fran

Sedum acre is an old time favorite worth having. It is one of the best naturalizing,
Drought Tolerant/Drought-Wise ground covering perennials out on the market.
Sedum Acre creates a lovely lawn substitution in difficult spots, spills over
retaining walls with ease and generally gives your garden that special touch
you have been looking for.

*It does reseed, which for most people is a blessing, but if you don’t little freebies everywhere,
I recommend it’s golden offspring Sedum acre Aureum

**Many of our plants are listed as Not a Good Fit for Kid Traffic/Dog Traffic/Around Pools.

These plants will work fine around these spots. However, please keep in mind that many people

(and animals) have allergies to bees or fragrances. While the plants may work perfectly

in the area that you have determined, blooms may need to be sacrificed,

or a different plant may need to be determined in order for the area to be used free of concern.
