Thymus Bressingham Thyme

THYMUS BRESSINGHAM THYME

Thymus praecox 'Bressingham'
Bressingham Thyme   DROUGHT-WISE
A fabulous thyme is very reminiscent of wooly thyme, only with light green foliage. Use under roses, between pavers or as a curbside planting. Hot pink blooms, turning to soft pink, engulf the entire carpet to make quite an effect. This plant needs sharp drainage to succeed. Over watering will impair growth.

Tips from Fran
Thymus Bressingham is one of the best thymes in my opinion. It’s basically Wooly thyme with green foliage. However, it forms a denser mat and branches out better than Wooly in my opinion. My favorite thing about this thyme is its color variance. Hot pink (and I mean hot!) to a pale pink all in one plant. Very pretty!
