Veronica liwanensis Turkish Speedwell

VERONICA LIWANENSIS TURKISH SPEEDWELL

Veronica liwanensis

Turkish Speedwell  DROUGHT-WISE
Veronica liwanensis is a fantastic STEPABLES Creeping Perennial with deep green leaves adorned with cobalt-blue flowers in summer. Turkish Veronica is very useful in rock gardens, fairy gardens or dry sunlit paths, surrounding a patio or adjacent a pond. This charmer is as tough as it is beautiful.
Veronica liwanensis is very durable and doesn't wear out its welcome. Sharp drainage is a must. Over watering will impair growth.

Gardening Tips from Fran

Veronica liwanensis is one of the best creepers there is! Turkish Veronica is Drought Tolerant/Drought Wise and thrives where other plants don't.  It loves it hot, loves it dry, and loves gravely, gritty areas. Stunning plant for fairy gardens, or your parched pathway and as a straight lawn substitute.

Got an ugly spot? This plant will take it, and turn it into a thing of beauty! Oh and did I say when it blooms it’s a sea of blue too! WOW!

Many of our plants are listed as Not a Good Fit for Kid Traffic/Dog Traffic/Around Pools. These plants will work fine around these spots. However, please keep in mind that many people (and animals) have allergies to bees or fragrances. While the plants may work perfectly in the area that you have determined, blooms may need to be sacrificed, or a different plant may need to be determined in order for the area to be used free of concern.
